Isabella Cecchini si occupa di storia economica in età moderna; i suoi interessi di ricerca si sono particolarmente concentrati sulla Repubblica di Venezia.

Isabella Cecchini has been a teaching fellow in the history of art markets and cultural economics at Ca’ Foscari University in Venice. She has shifted her research interests from the study of early modern art markets and material culture to financial history and participates in several international research projects.
