Rudolf Dellermann

Rudolf Dellermann was research assistant at the TU München (Lehrstuhl für Baugeschichte, Historische Bauforschung und Denkmalpflege), where he wrote his Ph.D. on the Saint Isidor’s Chapel in San Marco and the art under Doge Andrea Dandolo. His many publications on San Marco include a study on the history of the construction of the narthex. Currently, he is preparing a study on the history of the construction and of the restauration of the north side of San Marco, in cooperation with Manfred Schuller and Karin Uetz.
