Debra Pincus

Debra Pincus is an independent scholar living and working in Washington, D.C. Her book-length studies include The Tombs of the Doges of Venice (2000) and The Arco Foscari: The Building of a Triumphal Gateway in Fifteenth Century Venice (1976). She has published articles on the painting and sculpture of Renaissance Venice, and is currently working on a study of the epigraphy and calligraphy of Renaissance Venice and the Veneto.
