Hans Georg Majer

Hans Georg Majer was Professor of Near Eastern History and Culture and Turcology and chairman of the Institute of the same name at the Ludwig-Maximilian-Universität Munich. His work focuses on the history and culture of the Ottoman Empire. His publications include Giovio, Veronese und die Osmanen.
