Andreas Hermann Fischer

A lecturer in History of Philosophy at LMU Munich Fischer is also part of an education project on food cultures in Berlin. After research periods in Rome and Paris, he obtained his PhD from LMU Munich in 2015. His thesis on the Renaissance philosophy of play was published in 2016 under the title Spielen und Philosophieren zwischen Spätmittelalter und Früher Neuzeit. Fischer is interested in the intellectual and cultural history of play, food, and sexuality.
