Jelena Todorovic´

Jelena Todorovic´ (laurea in lingua e letteratura italiana all’Università di Belgrado, Serbia; dottorato di ricerca presso Indiana University a Bloomington), è Professore Associato alla University of Wisconsin-Madison. Si occupa di letteratura italiana delle origini, letteratura mediolatina e occitanica, di filologia materiale, critica testuale, e storia del libro. La sua monografia Dante and the Dynamics of Textual Exchange: Authorship, Manuscript Culture, and the Making of the Vita Nova è stata pubblicata nel 2016 presso la Fordham University Press, e il volume intitolato Petrarch and His Legacies che ha curato con Ernesto Livorni è in corso di stampa presso l’Arizona Center for Medieval and Renaissance Studies.

Jelena Todorovic´ (B.A. University of Belgrade, Serbia; M.A. and Ph.D. Indiana University in Bloomington), serves as Associate Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her research interests span the fields of medieval Italian, Latin, and Old Occitan poetry, material philology, textual criticism, history of the book. She authored a monograph titled Dante and the Dynamics of Textual Exchange: Authorship, Manuscript Culture, and the Making of the Vita Nova (New York, 2016) and has co-edited with Ernesto Livorni the volume titled Petrarch and His Legacies (forthcoming with the Arizona Center for Medieval and Renaissance Studies).
