Bruno Venditto

Bruno Venditto is a researcher at the Italian National Council of Research, Institute of Mediterranean Studies (ISMed-CNR) since 1997. He holds a Masters in Economics and Social Studies from the University of Manchester and a PhD in Sociology from the University of Namibia. His studies focus on African countries development and his recent studies concentrate on the nexus migration ‒ development from a gender perspective. Over the years, he alternated research activities with the management of international projects in Africa in the context of overseas development assistance.
