Francisco Javier Bran García

Having been awarded a PhD in Classical Philology, with the Special Doctorate Award bestowed by the University Complutense (Madrid), Francisco Javier Bran García now holds the position of Honorary Collaborator there. He is also a researcher at the Klassik Stiftung Weimar (Germany), and is a member of the faculty for a postdoctoral programme on Human Sciences and Globalisation at the aecid (Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation). He is the author of many works on Latin textual criticism, transmission of texts, and Medieval and Renaissance Latin.
