Umberto Tulli è ricercatore in Storia contemporanea all’Università di Trento. Tra le sue pubblicazioni Un Parlamento per l’Europa (Mondadori 2017) e A Precarious Equilibrium. Human Rights and Détente in Jimmy Carter’s Soviet Policy (Manchester University Press 2020). Con Sara Lorenzini e Ilaria Zamburlini ha curato il volume The Human Rights Breakthrough of the 1970s. The European Community and International Relations (Bloomsbury 2022).
