Alfonsina Pagano

Alfonsina Pagano is currently a research fellow in the Institute of Heritage Science at the National Research Council (ISPC-CNR), working as a User Experience Researcher. Having graduated in the Communication and Management of Art Markets (2008), and been awarded post-graduate degrees in Technology-applied Communication for Cultural Heritage (2012) and in Public and Business Communication (2017), she currently carries out research in the field of user experience design in museum contexts as well as in relation to multimedia applications, with the aim of investigating the performance of such technological devices, their effectiveness in relation to accessibility, interaction design, digital storytelling strategies and cognitive learning.
